In order to figure out exactly how many concurrent impeachable offenses of Donald John Trump there are, you need to know what exactly an impeachable offense is. The United States of America has a major problem with discerning what impeachable conduct looks like because our nation’s history with impeachment is that it is an ineffective tool. No President has ever been removed from office via impeachment. Nixon famously resigned prior to facing an official trial. Several Presidents have been found guilty of the offenses levied at them, but essentially were acquitted. That’s why in order to determine what Trump should be impeached for, you need to suspend your prior beliefs about him and how he’s been impeached in the past.

If you are willing to cast aside whether you thought he deserved those previous attempts or not, proceed. If you are incapable of unwilling to suspend your prior judgment, don’t read further.

Article II, Section 4

This is the section of the U.S. constitution that defines who can be impeached, and for what crimes.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment

This means that both Donald Trump and JD Vance can and should be impeached.

It also means that cabinet members, Attorney General Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, and others like them can also be impeached and removed by the Congress. In American history, there has never been an impeachment of multiple officials at once like that from the White House. That would truly be an impeachment like nobody’s ever seen before. Proving these people work in coordination to conduct unlawful, impeachable business, is paramount to protecting American citizens from a truly tyrannical federal government.

for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

This is what the impeachable offenses are. Though treason might sound obvious to you, it is harder than you might imagine to describe a clear cut case of it. Bribery is a little bit easier to understand, but the 2019 impeachment demonstrated that most people do not know what bribery really is.

A key question is: can the President actually be guilty of treason?

Of course he can. Yet, with respect to the Supreme Court decision related to immunity that Trump won, many people wrongly think this was some kind of blanket allowance for any conduct whatsoever. It is not. In fact, the very nature of bribery from the President’s perspective is that they are in that moment – acting outside the bounds of their official duties – and putting their personal interests above the nation’s. That’s treasonous.

Therefore, in the case of a President accepting bribes that endanger the public or sway legislative decision making unfairly – to the first amendment rights of the people – that too is a treasonous act.

18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason

“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

Whoever

That means Donald Trump, no matter how you view him. Love him, hate him, or whatever – he can be impeached again. Just because other attempts failed, he can still be impeached for treason.

Those who think of him as God, Christ-like, or a King. They should know it is possible for him to face consequences.

Those who think of him as a dictator or fascist who will never face accountability are possibly the biggest bottleneck to stopping him. These people have committed so much of their focus in life to the idea that Trump cannot be stopped. Ironically, they are addicted in a certain kind of way to failing to beat him. Like some degenerate gamblers who enjoy losing more than winning, these people don’t know how to beat Trump.

Yet they are the loudest voices claiming they are out to stop him.

These people end up enabling Trump, and they have to stop.

Owing Allegiance to the United States

Trump used to get away with being a selfish self-dealing con man in politics because it was assumed that he somehow had the nation’s best interest at heart as well. Or it was considered that we are on the same side of the table as him when he is doing a deal internationally. That may have been the case at some point or it might be the case at times, but it is not an absolute. He is on his own side of the table whether he is dealing with us or Putin or Ukraine, or China, or anywhere else.

Donald Trump has a set of personal financial promises and investments that supersede the interests of The People. He is now more directly than ever accepting personal contributions from the public in exchange for expressed favors. To anybody. Foreign leaders. Businessmen. Obviously you need to have a relationship enough with him or his family to be able to get something in exchange for those contributions.

But that isn’t too hard.

However, all Presidents swear an oath to uphold the Constitution faithfully. Even though Donald Trump claimed in a television interview that he doesn’t know if he has to uphold the constitution – of course he does.

The promise they make is to protect the nation from enemies both foreign and domestic.

In the case of Mr. Trump, the most generous interpretation of him is that he is incapable of protecting the nation from – himself. That means he himself is a danger that he cannot protect us from.

Levies War Against Them

In this case, the “them” referenced is the people of the United States.

Though some people are trying to say Donald Trump declared war on Los Angeles, that actually clouds the issue. He does not have to declare war. Levying has multiple meanings, including – to impose a tax – as well as to enlist into military service. From the perspective of the tariffs and trade war, whether you agree with it or not, it is regarded as a war of a certain sort domestically. All over the world they also are treating this like negotiating a trade peace between the nations of the world and the United States.

The Trump administration attempt to overturn birthright citizenship is actually an assault on every American including those whose families have been here for generations. If birthright citizenship is revoked, nobody can be considered a lawful citizen other than whomever the federal government deems one. That would be horrifying and we are seeing the beginnings of that right now across the country.

Or Adheres To Their Enemies

This aspect may be debatable in terms of Trump. It’s unclear how often he is acquiescent, compared to when he has personally aligned himself with Putin financially. Also, if you consider the notion that Donald Trump is stealing from the American Treasury, which he is – he himself is an enemy. Therefore, any time Donald Trump adheres to himself, he is adhering to the enemy within.

Giving Them Aid and Comfort Within the United States

Keep in mind that from this perspective, and at present, Donald Trump is a greater threat to the peace and comfort of America than Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un combined. None of those nations are currently in control of American troops on our landmass. The Trump administration has demonstrated they are profiteering off of this administration in a way that would make the Bush and Cheney families blush. Biden may have previously been one of the most corrupt politicians in American history, but Trump beat him immeasurably in that category. Nobody will ever shine a candle to Trump in terms of corruption.

However, giving himself aid – and giving him aid at all – is treasonous.

Not because he is inherently bad for America.

This may have been a recent development.

It may have evolved over time.

What has occurred in the last year or two, is that Donald Trump has positioned his financial house in such a way that was designed to take advantage of the global financial system like nobody’s ever seen before. To that end, he is on the road to being successful if the powers that be both domestically and abroad don’t wake up.

Shall Suffer Death

The penalty for treason can be capital. How ironic for Mr. Trump. Capital punishment is the penalty for a person who commits treason. Pleading down from that would be likely in his case, at least as of right now. I think, though, the longer his administration is allowed to run, the closer the public gets to believing he should face the ultimate penalty.

You have to understand that over the last decade or so, Donald Trump has used the art of what philosopher Matt (Mattske) Berman calls “self-smear.” There are multiple purposes of self-smear:

For example, the “Russia Russia Russia” situation that Trump talks about endlessly. He promotes it more than Democrats do. Donald Trump talks about this “hoax” (his words) so often, it’s almost like he’s proud of it. Like it is something he is responsible for. The smear ultimately did not prevent anything.

On the other hand, it discredited the notion that Donald Trump is a traitor.

It discredited the idea that he has corrupt dealings with Russia.

It framed things in terms that he controls to this day.

There are many people who would stand on principle and argue for hours about the legitimacy of the Mueller Report and the entire investigation. Yet, Donald Trump remained the President and was elected a second time.

Or Shall Be Imprisoned Not Less Than Five Years

Again, Donald Trump has falsified investigations into himself to provide cover for actual treasonous dealings that are not authored or controlled by foreign powers. For example, Donald Trump does not need Putin to lure him into doing deals in Russia. Putin only needs to take advantage of Donald Trump’s existing corrupt practices like money laundering or tax evasion. Those interests seem to have been clearly intertwined, but Putin still preserves some identity of a man who fights for his country. That is something Donald Trump once pretended well enough. But it has fallen apart on the world’s stage during his tariff wars.

Sadly, the Democrats and their members who have authored, supported, and endorsed phony impeachment inquiries or other falsified attempts to hold Trump accountable – have rendered this grave threat of impeachment weakened. It is of disturbing importance that we treat the possibility of impeaching a President.

Yet, due to Trump’s self-smear tactics, he has used the act of impeachment against himself twice to cheapen it almost out of existence.

And Fined Under This Title But Not Less Than $10,000

The fact that Donald Trump has angled to steal from the Treasury, and skim off the tariffs aside – there have been so many obvious bribery schemes that it’s hard to keep track:

Donald Trump also just announced (today) that he is authorizing a $1,000/per child investment account for newborns from January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2029. This is obviously a scheme that can’t be enforced though. He will no longer be President after 2028, for one. Second of all, this would be a tremendous amount of money that is not specifically called out in the bill he is referencing.

If it is, that is certainly something that was never up for public debate. It’s a unilateral move attempting to bail himself out of the allegations being made herein. If he can bribe the general public to have children and entrust him and the federal government then maybe there won’t be as much push to impeach him and remove him from office.

And Shall Be Incapable of Holding Any Office Under the United States

All you have to do is look at the results Donald Trump has produced since he was declared the winner of the 2024 election:

There are so many cases of civil rights violations, constitutional provisions being upended, unnecessary emergency declarations enabling lawless behavior, and members of a cabinet and Congress too inept or cowardly or complicit to stop it. That means many more people other than Donald Trump must be impeached.

It’s actually harder to determine how many elected officials in our federal government should not be impeached. There are many other ways those type of individuals can be removed from their post.

Treason is of course the most egregious, outlandish, horrifying, and terrible criminal conduct that a President could engage with. The extent to which Donald Trump is robbing us and also causing foreign nations to engage with us in a trade war – that is escalating all over the world – it can be debated.

There are other crimes that are impeachable.

Bribery

There are many different ways it appears Donald Trump is being bribed or bribing others. Some of them are easier to spot like the Qatari plane, though we do not know what has been promised on the other end. That may be impossible to ascertain unless the Qataris are willing to be forthright about it. But there were also reports early on in this administration that FBI Director Kash Patel, and Department of Education Secretary Linda McMahon (among others) were gifted shares of $DJT.

$DJT is the publicly traded technology firm that holds Truth Social. Beyond just bearing the initials of the President, this is a company that can absolutely act as a bribery vessel. Not only that, but being a media platform, it constitutes as a form of state media unlike anything the world has ever seen. This entity has also announced their plans to do money management services like index funds and other cryptocurrency investments.

Just this week Trump announces his plan to open up savings accounts for the unborn children of America. In other words, he is blurring and erasing the lines between his personal financial house and the White House. He is demolishing the lines between the White House and the U.S. General Fund in the Treasury.

Whether you are buying his cryptocurrency with a handshake deal between one of the Witkoffs (who are partners in the Trump family crypto fund), or hold shares of the President’s media company, he is open for business. The terms in the World Liberty Financial crypto company Trump owns with the Witkoff family are explicit that they offer holders to submit proposals. They are creating a shadow voting system this way.

Other High Crimes and Misdemeanors

Though the 2019 impeachment proceeding brought with it a few mind-numbingly stupid arguments about “misdemeanor” meaning ill-behavior, it means a misdemeanor crime. A petty theft. Civil assault. Things that do not necessarily rise to the attention of doing damage to all Americans at once. Compare that to high crimes like murder, rape, or things of that nature. Those being crimes committed while the person was President as opposed to the ancient allegations that are often lobbed at Trump.

My allegations are that the Trump family has been seizing control of the digital financial infrastructure to steal it for themselves. They skim off whatever amount they need into shadow bank accounts, including for those allies that pay them for the privilege. Increasing the debt limit (which is a tiny little fraction of the things included in the bill up for debate) is all Trump seems to care about.

That means there are various versions of theft, extortion, embezzlement, or other racketeering offenses that are being committed by Trump, his cabinet, and private individuals like Steve Witkoff. This criminal syndicate has taken over government and both political parties right now are enabling it. Democrats play the part of opponents, but never really take actual swings at the administration.

Unlawful Firings, Fear and Intimidation, Improper Use of Emergency Authorities

Though a lot of these activities were done in order to mask or coincide with theft-related activities, they did have devastating consequences on innocent people. Markets were thrown into turmoil as a result of this. The world economy has in some places come to a grinding halt. All of this happened because of Donald Trump as a spoiled individual with too much authority and not enough functioning checks and balances. Yet these actions alone are impeachable under normal conditions.

Our Congress has forgotten that this power was once held sacred.

Just because Donald Trump was improperly impeached twice before does not mean he should not be impeached now. Though Shri Thanedar and Al Green may have attempted to enhance their career with showy impeachment articles they plagiarized from a citizen – the power remains with the people.

How Many Individual Infractions Are There?

Photograph of Donald Trump showing his size with his fingers.

If every emergency Trump declared was unlawful, each of those would be impeachable offenses. Every single person who was deported under those conditions would be another instance. Some portion of the damage that is being done to communities by the intrusion of ICE would be added as damages done by this President’s impeachable acts.

The financial system seizures would need to be investigated, but would reveal multiple other instances related to the overall crimes.

In terms of foreign affairs, you have the instance of Signalgate and everything that Pete Hegseth has been accused of doing – fall on Donald Trump who appointed him – and the Senate who confirmed him.

If you go down the list, there could be dozens or hundreds of instances that constitute treason, bribery, and other high crimes or misdemeanors.

Without Credibility In the Congress, The People Need Another Answer

The Congress clearly is enabling this lawlessness of the President to continue. They have plenty of things they could do to actually stop him. Instead, they are doing press conferences, casting themselves in social media posts, and generating press releases to make themselves look heroic. Republicans have minor disagreements with things like Trump’s legislative agenda. But largely, there is not a concerted effort to take decisive action against Trump, remove him from office, and hold his enablers accountabe.

That’s because too many of his enablers occupy high-ranking positions in the political parties.

But if The People do not coalesce and find a leader soon, we will not like how things devolve.
